The Children & Teenagers Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2001, by Betsy Miller, our director.

After years of working in both private and public sectors, Ms. Miller decided that she could make more of a contribution, to the ever growing needs of our youth today, by starting her own agency, specifically geared toward children, teenagers, and families.
