BEHAVIOR AIDE (GPSN-BA)

Paperwork:

To assist in the prevention of placement disruption and/or the provision of behavioral management. Specifically, Behavior Aides identify and address the academic, social and emotional needs of the identified youth. Ensuring one-to-one supervision, regular school attendance, tutoring, individual sessions, facilitation of appropriate academic placement, participating in the development of behavioral management and academic strategies, development of home/school connection, mentoring, parent/child sessions and collaboration of community-based services to ensure that the youth's needs are appropriately identified and addressed.
