Provide oversight, monitoring and services for a collaborative, comprehensive child and adolescent system of care in Fulton County. Behavior aides provide services to prevent placement disruption, provide behavior management that identify and address the academic, social and emotional needs of youth. One on one supervision, encouraging and monitoring school attendance, tutoring, individual sessions, faciliation of appropriate academic placement, participation in the development of behavioral management and academic strategies, development of home/school connection, mentoring, parent/child sessions and collaboration of community-based services to ensure that the youth's needs are appropriately identified and addressed. Includes on-call availability for twenty-four hour overnight supervision.
